i made 1300-1400 hp with my buick twin turbo v6. went 8.04 at 3300 lbs. i ran some john craig turbo's that were a 70 housing with a 72 wheel. awesome setup but slow spooling. that was 8 years ago so the computers and convertors might be better. i know when i was racing v6's duttweiler really liked the turbonetics 66's. alot of buick also ran precision turbo's but i dont remember the sizes. i would call precision and ask them , they would know your answer. good luck !

How much rpm will the motor make? There's a big difference in shifting at 7500 vs shifting at 8500. What compression?

2 67's from Precision will get you there. The 70's will work but will need a looser converter. If you don't plan to shift at higher than 7500 you need the smaller 67's. The ball bearing version will help it spool without the n20.

.82 a/r for twins

How bout 2 of those new PTE 62-62 BB turbos? Those would get the job done. Most are making more power with em than rated.

shift about 8500 maybe a lil higher. 8 to 1 compression.

We had 2 turbonetics T70 bb turbos with q trim exhaust wheel with.69 pte exhaust housing. We used a tight converter so spool up suffered. We put a looser converter which helped spool up but hurt top end. Ran at Atco nj and crossed line at 9200.

Converter tech has come a long way. I have a 9.5" converter in John Gallina's car. It will spool twin GT 42-76's without n2o and only slip 5%. Car has been 6.90's and 202mph. I think I could get twin 70's going if you can shift at 8500. Anything you buy will greatly benefit from a DBB design at this point.

What weight, rear tire size and gear will you be using?
