Just because people didn't sign up directly on the Market Place website, doesn't mean those millions without insurance didn't sign up. Many people who couldn't get plans because of pre-existing conditions were able to get plans directly through the carriers themselves.

My new plan is half what it used to be.

Funny thing is... It's the same insurance company.

There is a small, temporary subsidy helping that price, but only because I started a new business this year, so my income isn't what it normally is. So... To all the haters that'll say they're paying for my plan need to remember that I've been paying more for over a decade because I'm not on a traditional group employee plan.

Group plans are socialized medicine on a small scale that have been fucking over the little guy for years. Quit whining about paying more, when people like me have been funding your ass for decades.
What many don't or won't admit.

Not to mention the socialist Ronnie Reagan and his EMTALA. I've had my own plan for years, increasing every single year to cover for those who 'chose' not to have insurance. Don't see the FOX conservatives ever talking about how anti-Capitalist it is to force hospitals to care for somebody when they don't have a form of payment.

I think she said it was $347 with the subsidy, and as I recall, that was $173. I don't remember if that was $173 per person ir not, but even if you assumed it was, that's $693. So, I'm still saving close to $300/mo. No matter how much I make. Long term, obviously, I'm planning on paying the full amount, because I'm not a bottom feeding commie liberal.

2 adults and my 2yo daughter covered before and after.
That sounds pretty good.
I've been poking around a little but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

No, you sure don't. Probably that agenda thingy.
I've had to pay more each of the last six years and so did big Al.

I'm glad people are seeing the benefits to the working man. Paying the fine and getting a non ACA compliant plan is also an option, as Jimmy mentioned. People have blown this ACA thing WAAAAY out of proportion. This is a GOOD thing for America.

Rules out the illegals, makes people pay that otherwise wouldn't, gives groups political weight on price, deductibles put skin in the game.................all around good deal.

There shouldn't be 1 single Conservative in America against this plan.
