I've got someone saying he ran a 10.5 @ 107mph with a 1.23 60ft in a 2v Mustang 4.6L with a 100 wet shot, comp cams, intake, full exhaust, 3:73, 100 wheel shot, tubular k-member/A-arms, coil overs, whelds, 555DR's.
400whp @ 2900lbs w/ driver and built suspension = 1.23 60ft ??? :smt102

He said he had a stock motor 2v 4.6L Mustang that made 400whp and weighed 2,900lbs w/ driver on 555R drag radials (about the worst drag radial ever made). It was also a stock 5-speed, he claims. I just don't see it happening. I'm waiting on him to show proof.

there is no fucking way. Number one your not going 1.30's on nittos....dont care who you are and what type of car..It isn't gonna do it. I had a 2002 GT with full bolt-ons and slicks I could go 12.60's on motor at 105 dead hooking. I had a Compucar nitrous in a bag with a 150hp and best I went was 11.65@116. The guy is full of shit......plan and simple.
Best I went on 150 wet shot on a 100% 2v Stock long block with CAI, 75MM Tb and Plenum was 11.68 @116. That was @ 3100# w/driver, Mickey 275 Drag Radials, Upper and lower control arms, complete tubular front end. I think my 60' was 1.68 launching at 5500 on 2 step with .2 delay on the nitrous once I release button.
I don't see that 60 with those tires. I would say it has to be a timing error also. Couple years ago in K.C.I.R at L-fest the guy I ran the time slip showed he went 13.3 @ 333mph!! :smt082 Thing was on a pass.

Dude should read up on what he's talking about in Drag Racing, or just let him go for the benefit of our entertainment. There is No Way that pass was close to what he's talkin. We would line up my wifes LT 1 street driven camaro for any amount of Money and it don't 60 ft. anywhere close to that.
I have a #2700 foxbody with about 450 horse power and a 5 speed. The best 60' I ever got on a MT DR was a 1.68 tire spinning 4500 RPM launch. Now I made some changes in the rear suspention and I have a 1.48 engine bogging 60' with 10.5 MT slicks. 11.22 @ 119 mph 1.48 60' No way he had a 1.28 60'
