Hey Mr. Ellis .... have you seen this thread yet ? I'm a new guy. Joined to share this with you. Think it's one of your old family rides.

It's on another forum. I've been trying to get it to you .... but have not had much luck. If you get to reading .... go past the first post and into the second page. I think you have already seen the remains of this car .... but I wanted to be sure. FNG Kidcampbell71 ... Jamie Campbell

    Hi Dan,

My name is Mike Kintz and I'm emailing you regarding your US131 thread. There are at least four TS cars around the greater Kalamazoo area. Me, Don Klooster, Dick Motyka, and Chuck Sturdavant (I heard he sold his TD and bought an ex Haas pro stock truck). I bet if you're able to put something together you would get great participation.

Who at the track told you about the participation thing Jay or Jason?

    Thanks...........mk

    Hi Dan,
Thanks for getting back to me. I actually own an altered with that same exact body on it. I was shocked when I saw your Dad's car in the National Dragster a few years ago under the "Where are they now" section. I was able to track down Dan Kanners and spoke to him about the car, but he didn't have too much information. Now Dan Kanners has passed away and I wanted to get some more information on the car. He did tell me your Dad owned the car, but I couldn't find any contact information for him. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw your post under the 1967 nationals. When I purchased the car about 20 years ago I was told it was a Cheetah. I never saw the exact car until I saw the photos in the National Dragster and the NHRA website under 1967 nationals winner. I would really appreciate any information you can give me about the car and the exact name of the body.
    Thanks, Al

    Hi Dan,
Do you know the name of the car body on your Dad's car that Dave Kanners drove that won the 1967 Nationals?
