I am very conservative with timing and A/F, which I would be regardless of an intercooler or not and the car has been problem free the entire summer and its made 21psi.....and would make more, but I haven't went past that yet.
I do now have data related to inlet temps and know that my inlet temps (255 degrees - maxes my temp sensor) are much higher than a buddies car that is very similiar but has an A/A and his temps are 110-140.
So, if my car had an A/A intercooler on it, and lowered my inlet temps, what would it be worth? Maybe 10%.....I doubt it, so on a 700hp engine that would be maybe an additional 70hp.......the car already exceeds my goals and I didn't want to comprimise the rad air flow or all the extra weight.
