Today at for Knox there was a ceremony renewing the partnership between the US ARMY and Don Schumacher Racing. It has been 10 years already. They unveiled the new paint scheme for the Sarge. In attendance was The new Post Commander LTG Freakley, Tom Compton, Don Schumacher, and Tony Schumacher. They all gave a speech. It was pretty good. Compton Gave the Army a Championship Wally as a token of appreciation. I got to hold it :supz::supz: I also talked to them all for a little bit. When I told Tony that we raced. He asked at that track we passed last night? I said yeah and he said he saw them running and almost stopped in. That would have been a surprise to the T&T guys :supz::supz: I told Don that My son in law works at gates and his job is cutting blower belts to width. I told him that he just got done doing the package for John Force racing. Then he got into the I like Gates belts thing. Tom and I talked a little bit about unleashed and that we may run a couple next year in the 11.00 index. It was a good time.

Looking for some advise here.. honest advise!! LOL!

Heres the deal, i messed up my shoulder 3yrs ago at work. I've had 3 surgeries to fix my shoulder in the last 2yrs, im 6months out of the 3rd surgery and i still have bad pain trying to lift my arm overhead or lifting it up parallel to the floor. So my lawyer suggests i should start looking at community colleges for classes to find something that interests me so i can possibly start a new career... mainly cause i wont be able to go back to my job as a Plumber without restrictions when they do put me at MMI (maxium medical improvement) in the next 6months. And in construction of any kind THERE IS NO LIGHT DUTY WORK.... Sure alot can change in the next 6months, but after 3surgeries even the doc isnt that sure of whats gonna happen and to be pain free isnt looking good.
So lets get back to this, im just looking for some good ideas on what to look at that might be secure and make a decent buck..... Im asking cause im a physical hand on person and the jobs i wanna do i dont think i will be able to.. Any help on different ideas would be great!

Hey Guys

It is time for me to get a new cell phone. I have tried escaping texting, but people keep bloody texting me and I have to pay so now I need to add that BS to my plan.

I want a simple DURABLE phone, not something that slides or has a full keyboard or a touch screen. But it seems like every phone is one of these 3 and the days of regular GOOD flips are gone.

http://www.rogers.com/web/link/wirel...uctType=normal

can anyone vouch for these touch screen phones? I would be wary getting into a 3 year contract with one out of fear of it breaking:(

I don't care about camera or texting keyboards, I just feel the simpler it is, the less stuff there is to break.

Also...if any of you have any experience with the new Remington 887, post it up. I have two 870s and love them, but the 887 looks like a nice shotty for the money. There isn't a lot of information on this new piece, so if you've fired one, let's hear it.

I have tire shake with hoosiers 33X16X15's Co7 compound, unless I chip it way down to 5000rpm. I have tried 5.5 to 6.5psi with no real help. I have a set of M/T 33X16.5X15S that I was going to try. Any idea if this would help with tireshake? Any recomendation on tire pressure?

What makes you compete in Drag Racing?

1. Race to Win at All Costs.
2. Race to Beat my Personal Best(s).
3. Race as Part of my Social Time.

How many racers actually go to the dragstrip to win their racing? Or is your day at the drags just so you can try and beat your personal best performances? Or are you just there to catch up with your mates and put on a bit of a show for the spectators and don’t really care if you win or lose?

This poll is quite important as it will probably tell your chosen sanctioning body and the tracks what their members actually want from the sport.

Obviously there can only be a handful of winners per event but what about the rest of the competitors? Do you really turn up on the day with a calculated approach to winning or are you just there to test to the edge of performance and who cares what anybody in the other lane is doing?
