I have a s-10 with new caltracs bars, split mono leafs and QA1 doubble adjustable shocks. Where should I start with the settings. Shit, them things have like two full turns of adjustment. Do I dial it into the middle and work from there?

2 to 3 degress u-joint angle. Try top or bottom hole and adjust race ready with driver, Bolt that touches spring should just touch.

Thank's Jim I have 3 degrees in the pinion and you can slide a quater between the spring and cross bolt. I went to the track last night and it spun quit a bit. I think my tires are dead after two years. So, on the shock setting for leaf springs do you want to hit the tires hard with a loose (rebound) and a stiff (compression) setting?

I start with the shocks in the middle and adjust from there.
