3000lb, outlaw 10.5, 4 link, etc..., 454 bbc, single precision 106mm, fast syst., 2000hp intercooler, fuel inj., powerglide, 1/8 mi. heads up shootouts mostly, what rear gear would you run? it's a 9" big pinion .......thanks!!

A 3.89 gear should get it done.

Try to find a 3.70 or a 3.60, I know some teams that run somewhere around there.
