I am looking for some normally closed, 12vdc, solenoid valves to use with my big stuff 3 boost controller setup...they need to take less than an amp total while being run in parallel (that's the max the bs3 can take). Anyone have any leads?

Try, Airtech. They sell MAC valves.

Go to http://www.mcmaster.com/
Type "directional valves" in the search area.
They have a minature valve that is normally closed that pulled only .05 amps at 110 PSI at 12 VDC (page 419) I used the cheaper model but am using the ground wire from the BS3 to some relays.
