I have Aerospace dual caliper brakes on rear and have problems with clearance (calipers) if beadlocked with a 15" rim. Anyone have any suggestions on wheels, beadlocks, clearancing. The rims (the first set for 32"X16" slick) I have are 15X15 w/ 6.5" bs. Alumastars. They say I can't beadlock these because of the 6.5 bs. They fit perfect without the beadlocks presently. I have another set of 15X14 w/ 4" bs Alumastars (for 33X10.5W) with Weld beads on them. Inner rig clearances 13" and I need 13 3/16"-13 1/4" more. I'm afraid of ruining the Welds with beadlocks by getting too close to the beadlocks screw by clearancing the wheel for the brakes. I've thought about other wheels and possibly going with 16" diameter. Any thoughts?

Champion told me their beadlock would clear a dual caliper from Aerospace . Might give them a call .

You have to cut 3/16 off the back beadlock inner part of the ring in order for it to clear. Take them to a machine shop and after it is done they should fit like a glove. Some guys grid the caliper down, that you shouldn't do..

champions beadlock does clear dual rear calipers.

Depending on how fast you are going I would do a single beadlock conversion and double screw the inside. We have had that same set-up on our '57 in my signature for a few years now with NO problems. No tire problems, 60's in the low 1.0X's all the time..Champion did our wheel conversion.

Champions beadlocks are exactly like that.3/16" smaller on the inner ring..
