Two Tial 44mm gates. With 3psi springs I can control them but they open at high RPM with 35psi of CO2 to the top and only make 19psi of boost. If I put the 7psi springs in I can't control it, makes like 14 psi of boost minimum but will carry 26-27 psi up top with the same 35psi of CO2 to the top of the gates. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with these wastegates, but try increasing the CO2 psi with the smaller springs. That may help up top. What boost controller are you using? If you're using one with increase or decrease solenoids then make sure you know what those solenoids can handle, as I wouldn't want you to hurt the solenoids by going crazy with the CO2. We ran a good bit more CO2 last year with our single turbo setup using HKS GT wastegates, and with no CO2 we could only make like 18 to 19lbs of psi. With the CO2 we could peg the 3-bar map sensor out in a second. We were using basically twice the psi of CO2 that you are using. Yea, go on and tell me.....you think we're crazy. lol Increasing the psi of the CO2 on the smaller springs may hurt your control as well though.
I need to clarify something. We could only make 18 to 19lbs of boost with everything set up for CO2 when we did not use the CO2. We could make the same amount of boost with everything set up on manifold pressure as we could with CO2, but we just could not make it as fast as we could with the CO2.
