Fill me in ceramic coated rear end bearings

Hear about guys using them in a couple of recient posts and I am rebuilding my Ford 8.8 rearend right now. Who makes them for the Ford 8.8 rear end and how much more do they cost. Are they ok to use on a limited street car (50miles per year on the street)? Fill me in...... thanks guys.

Hi: Most bearing people will recommend angular contact bearings for that 8.8. You May need to send the rear to them for the switch over.Thanks doug
