Hey Jim, I'm building a 97 S10 for drag radial. I was wanting an opnion on leaf springs for the rear. I have the CE slide-a-links and solid bushings in the stock springs, but after looking at your Nova I see that the mono leaf is what is working there. Is there a particular brand or spring rate I assume? We are looking to run in the low 9's at just over 2,900 lbs. The front suspension is tublar control arms and Qa1 Coilover conversion kit, the rear end is a 9". Let me know what you think

Call Travis at Calvert Racing these guys make the Caltrac bars which is basically the same thing as slide a links, they have what they call the split mono spring, i guess it has 2 leafs if the front and a mono in the back. They are suppose to work good, or call AFCO racing they'll hook you up with something good too.
