Hey Jay I am starting to work on putting my new motor together. This will be a nitrous appl. sbc. I will be running a set of pro action raised runner heads (.346 @700 in , 263@ .700 ex). This will be a 367ci motor(4.100 x 3.480). This will be put into a stock suspension 2950 pound car. I will be running a drag radial tire. What type of lift and duration do you think I can get away with on this motor. I'm looking to spin it to about 8200-8500 rpms. Any input would be great, I am kinda in the dark when it comes to proper camshafts.

To be exact, I don't know.
With the NOS on, it won'y go 8200-8500 even with a 280/300 at .050 .900" lift cam on a 115 LSA. The tach may read that high but nothing of value is going on.
My guess (and I said "guess") is 260-268 on the intake. +20 - +25 more on the exhaust. 112-114 LSA and as much lift as you can get away with spring wise.
Good Luck!
