GREAT weekend!!!

Jason just wanna thank you guys for a great weekend! granted the weather blew on saturday ,sunday was a blast.

Oh shit! I knew I recognized your car from somewhere. Thanks, yours is sweet too. Nice rig as well. What class did you all run? I went out 2nd round in mild and won the street et brackets.

we had to run top ET since we had w tires on the car... we wanted to run outlaw but w tires would have put us in outlaw 10.5

we got knocked out first round cuz the tires blew off (lil bit cuz of me since i lined him up a lil out of the groove to get away from some bald spots on the track it hooked to hard and unloaded the tires about 6 feet out. used the buy back to get back in and got knocked out again cuz we broke out with a 8.21 lifting... who figured we would pull the fastest pass ever in the car and he lifted.

I have to hand it to the track crew on saturday,they don't know the meaning of the word quit.Thanks to the whole crew of people for making the best of it.That was the first time at MIR and we see why everyone speaks highly of the place,just wish it wasn't a 4 hour ride to get there.We had a great weekend even though we hurt a headgasket,fried the trans,got a flat on the trailer,found our converter and cam are way off,went through 120 lbs of ice,and i think the crew at the scales laughed everytime we weighed it.At 3600 lbs,it's time to rename "the blue ox" the "blue elephant"!

It was a great weekend even though my class was lacking particapants. Can't wait for World Cup so I can take out some Honda's. The track had teeth like no other!

couldent agree more with everyone that already posted.

Jason, Thanks to you and the rest of the MIR staff for a job well done. We brought out my dads new Real Street car for the first time and as nervous as I was for him not only in a new ride but being a first time drag racer (on asphalt), you guys made it alot easier on him with awesome track prep and a great staff on the starting line. Hopefully we can throw the jug on that thing now and make it down to Import vs. Domestic!
