How much is having a foward facing scoop over the rear cowl if at all ?

Ask yourself how many Pro Stock, or Comp Eliminator cars have a cowl scoop?

It's not just putting a scoop and air pan on. There is a lot of testing that goes with it. I've seen a property designed set up make 11"s of positive pressure @ 218mph on the saltflats and I've also seen a bad set up kill a engines power at 800' going down the track.
