Mark Williams EVO 4.1 or Strange 2 Peice?

Looking at one of these two solutions for a car, I know the MW is 12# lighter, but is there a huge difference?? MW told me the Strange stuff will wear and then you are in trouble???? thoughts? thanks

I run the Strange drag brakes on my 3150lb chassis on all 4 corners and I have no issues with them over the years. I do have a friend that drives his drag brakes on the street and he has warped the rotors because of heat. Never assembled Mark Williams kit but it looks like they just slot their rotors and those do hold up better over time.
