staying at the track ????.....motorhomes???

i asked this in another thread was told to pm dave . but figured id ask it on the forum so everyone knows .

but we would like to come down for the whole weekend , we have a motorhome . and was wondering if we could just stay at the track in the parking lot ? we are not racing but would like to attend the whole weekend .

im not much of a fan for hotel rooms . and camping is cool and all but if we could just walk to and from the track that would be awsome .

Yes, there are season-long RV parking spots on the spectator side that have electric hook-ups there. Don't know if they are occupied for this event.

There is also the grass field where most people will be parking. Don't know how much of the spectator lot will be used for race cars.

Call and ask for Cheryl or Michelle. I'm sure you can find Dave Hances number in these threads somewhere and ask him too.

Motorhomes pulling race car trailers are permitted in the pits. Otherwise, motorhomes will be parked in a different area, and the seasonal fee is $200.

that stinks that i would have to pay 200.00 to park there for the weekend . yes its a seasonal pass . but im only going this weekend. should have a weekend rate or something .

may actually not go becuase of this .

this has been the subject several posts not to bust balls but $200.00 is alot and you'll pay to stay. Drive to a local close place sleep come back......
