Stuffed Burgers

I like to get doubled up hamburger patties (about 6" diameter) and stuff them with bacon, mushrooms jalapenos and Swiss cheese. Cooked over charcoal, they are tuff to beat! Pinch up the edges real good and nothing will leak out.

There is a local sports bar here in New Orleans named Tuckers that does the same thing except they deep fry the whole thing! Talk about a heart attack on a plate!
