Justice Morissette releases decision on lawsuit costsOn Thursday, March 16 Justice Morissette released her decision regarding the costs associated with the long-running lawsuit against the dragstrip. She ruled that both parties would pay their own costs and neither would have to pay any of the other sides costs. This brings finality to the suit.
Okay guys it's finally over no more money will be spent on lawyers instead it will be going into the track for improvements and to return St Thomas dragway back to one of the best tracks around, 2006 WILL be the turning point for the track and it looking like a spectacular year to come can't wait. :-D
