I don't know what you guys use, but there is a product called Pampered Chef. A little on the pricey side, but worth it.

There will be a Pampered Chef rep at the Cooke School Car Show on Saturday, August 9 from 9am - 3pm.

Just another reason to come to the show.

Damn, I wish I lived closer, I love the pampered chef stuff! I don't think I've used a metal cookie tray since I got all my stone stuff, awesome:)

The only thing I know about them is they make a trick little square brown scraper that works like a charm to get all the stuck-on crap off of pots and pans. It's tough enough to scrape off even the hardest burnt cheese or whatever, but it doesn't leave so much as a mark on teflon pans. Somebody gave it to me several years ago and if I ever broke it or lost it, I'd be tracking down another one in a hurry.
