looking to buy a pair of towing mirrors for my 08 f250. i beleive the part # is 7C3Z-17683-BB not sure though. the existing mirrors are power.

The number you give is for trailer towing mirror, non heated!!!
The drivers side is replaced by part number 8C3Z17683BC. It would run you $290.85. The passenger side mirror is part number 7C3Z17682BB would run you $197.18 plus shipping. Thanx, Ray

how much more are the heated mirrors? I'm thinking that it would not be a bad idea to have seeing that i located in chicago. also are the mirrors power and have the turn signal lite on them?

The non-heated mirrors do not have turn signals. The heated ones come with turn signals. Passenger side $428.88, Drivers side $483.82. I don't know if your truck will have the wiring for these. You may have to wire yourself. These mirrors are for trucks without memory seats and mirrors. Let me know if you do have memory seats and mirrors as they are a different part number.
