drivers meeting

Did any one attend the drivers meeting yesterday ? i here the plantiffs in the case are going after Dave to pay there lawyers bill to the tune of 1,000,000 $? this means repaving the track is on hold .Can anyone shead some light on this. thanks

Okay I just got of the phone with Dave Mathers and yes they are still waiting on a decission from the courts about who pays who's legal bills and they will know in about 6 weeks. This true and everyone knew this before, what most don't know is " if " he looses the insurance covers it just like your home insurance would cover you if you were suide, so don't get all worked up Dave says that has NO bearing on track improvments everything is still right on schedule

Good to Know. i wasn't at the meeting and a friend who was there told me this . So this is why i asked the question . I'll go down and help with the clean up on the days in april . my friends bringing a boom down to help repair the stands and what ever else is needed . Good luck to Dave with these PESKY neighbors . I'm sorry Aaron I didn't mean to say your unknow or imply anything, the thing is you ASKED a question no problem with that but then some guy post on another site saying it's the gospel and he got it from a reliable source, how the hell can anyone get one from the other?
