6 eggs
2 cups of milk
6 slices of white bread cubed
1 tube of breakfast sausage
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1tsp of salt
1tsp of dry ground mustard
cook sausage, drain, and let cool
beat eggs
mix everything together in 9x13 pan and put in fridge over night.
bake for 45 min at 350
i splash a little Tabasco before eating
you can add anything you would put in a omelet
i made it with green peppers, onion, ham, and tomatoes before and was very good that way also.
