Made some polish sausage today and will smoke with using apple wood tomorrow. I used the Hi Mountains ( www.HIMTNJERKY.com (http://www.himtnjerky.com/)) sausage making kit from Cabela's. First time doing this but Maria's dad makes some killer stuff in Poland. Figured I would start with a kit and then use his recipe. I also got a new smoker (Bradley Digital 6 rake smoker) and just got done seasoning it. Will smoke the sausage tomorrow.

I tried to be as careful as possible when making this post. When I bought the "sausage stuffer" I almost felt like I was buying tampons for a woman.. :p or worse...

Sounds more like a tool for the man without, no implications there, just some insight. By the way, maybe I could borrow that.....LOL

with both hands tied behind here back and here feet noosed together hanging upside down, of course i'd let her because i'd like it but thats another story.
