I bought a spool from this guy and he never sent it. He gave me his shop and cell number but have left him several messages and never gotten a hold of him. He said that UPS tried delivering the package 3-times but of course they never left a slip on my door, not that it matters since my inlaws live right in front and the UPS guy always drops my stuff there, and they returned the spool back to him. That is the biggest Bu****it story I have heard so far. Do not deal with this POS as you will get robbed. He is not even man enough to respond to my PM's on phone calls. All I can say is that it is a smaller world than what people think, cya around Bruce.

Already filled a claim with them, hope to get my money back. I don't understand how people keep trying to this kind of s***. There should be harsher laws against internet scammers like this no matter what level and how much money is involved.

ok there is always 2 sides to a storry. I can no control what happens to a box once it is shipped. 2nd i do have a tracking #.
after i got it back and wated 2 weeks i reposted it and sold it to another guy .. you can ask him how i handdled the sale. If you think i was trying to f**k you out of a 120 used spool sale your nuts I sell thing on racing junk /E bay all the time.never had a problem befor . I had to of left 5 voice mails .when paypal contacted me about the dispute I didnt dispute it at all i informed them about the problem we were having .Also the money was returned to your pay pay account befor you posted this post. Also i cant belive how many people will jump on board a bashing with out know the person. thnaks bruce

Just a question ...why in the world would he burn you for a measly $120.He has a business and it's posted all over the place. Duh! I've dealt with this cat for years and he's nothing that you claim. There's noone on this site that can say UPS never screwed up. And further more the money was back in your account before he resold it and tried to contact you.Ups delivers to the name on the package not your in-laws.And the rest of you sack riders should get a hobby or a woman.You guys don't even know this person and your on his sh@# stop your whinning.You really should get your facts straight before bashing someone.And the childish(I'll see you around nonsense) Please!!

I'm the guy that ended up w/the spool, Bruce called me responding to my WTB ad on here, he said he had shipped the spool and it was returned did I want it and I did. He shipped it to me ASAP before paypal even cleared, I've never met him but, he was very honest and the part looked like brand new. Personally I think this is a bunch of fu&*ing BS for a $120 part!!!! I know for a fact he wasn't trying to rip nobody off, he just wanted $100 bucks for good used spool. THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH THE INTERNET!!

If you didn't want to sell it to me just say so. I left and responded to every message I got from you and then some wich you never returned or reponded to my PM's.
Also the money was returned to your pay pay account befor you posted this post.
As for that comment, I got the money returned on July 6, thank you. I'm not trying to start anything because I have sold a bunch of stuff on a bunch of sights also without incident, but you never were able to communicate with me and never showed me proof of the tracking number also, and that is all I have to say.
fellas, bruce is a good guy to deal with he has done work for me and I have bought parts from him which were in great condition, I seriously doubt that for 120$ he is going to risk giving his shop a bad name. whatever happened is unfortunate but trust me he is very trustworthy. hell the guy drove my car at the track.

I'm not trying to knock the guy as this is the only transaction I tried with him, but the least he could do was communicate better. I did get like 2 messages from him at the beggining but then I left him several messages and PM's here and he never responded and he never let me have a tracking number. As for the incident with UPS, they leave a paper every time they try a delivery and then hold it at the hub for a week before they ship it back to let the reciever pick it up at the hub. So on that comment that he made about UPS trying to deliver it 3 times I say BS. I don't really care about it any more but I don't really like being called a lier, as for the 120 you all say no big deal but it is not your money or your time. If it was your money no matter 120 or 50, if you feel that you were scammed you would also feel very upset. I make it a habbit that if someone buys something from me I make sure that I send it the next day I get payed or at least within the same week and let them know and give them a tracking number all the time. As for trying to bash Bruce I didn't mean to do that but if he doesn't communicate with me how am I supposed to react, since the incident this is the only communication he has done with me, post on my thread. That is all I'm going to say on this subject anymore.

I know nothing of your issue but O'Boy do I know about UPS and all the crap they pull. What you stated is the way it is supposed to be, but it is nothing like that in the real world. I have to fight with uPS all the time about my incoming shipments to be sure I get them. The drivers will lie so they can come in earlier. They are supposed to deliver all on the truck unless it is not deliverable. You would be surprised at how many times I am not open, or have moved, or even refused shipment, when in reality I am anxiously waiting for UPS to show up. Man' I am even talking about REd Next Day Air paying for Saturday Delivery. I do literally have to say on top of uPS and frequently get into word discussions with their Terminal Supervisors to get my stuff. O' They also are not leaving notices on the door either because the dang truck never makes it into my driveway, yet they claim I was moved or not open. My regular UPS Driver during the week is pretty good though.

I have the same issues with the one that delivers to my shop, but the one that delivers to my house is a friend. He knows that if I'm not home he drops it off at my inlaws wich live right across from me. Keep calling the UPS supervisor and theirmain offices to report your problem, if they don't get the problem resolved look for another carrier. I don't know about your case but I know the one that delivers to my shop leaves me the paper at least, and they send me the card to go pick it up at the hub on the 5th day if they try to deliver it 3 times, wich I know he doesn't but says he does. Good luck with your driver, when you do catch him give him a bottle of whisky and he might be more inclined to do the deliveries, lol.

We had our share of problems with UPS so we went with DHL. Great service, good prices, but it looks like they are on their way out. Guess we'll be back with UPS again sometime later this year..........
