Fitting 315/60's in 4th gen fbody w/o stretching wheelwells?

I've been told Mr. Filipowski has done it...what all is involved? I have 28x12.5 et streets comfortably on there but I saw the 315/60's and they are definitly looking like they won't fit. Any tips? Minitub needed?

Yes on mini tub and front of quarter panel and bumper cover needs to be opened up.

Doh..looks like I'll go with the 325/50's with the 3.73's instead.
