I'm a dealer for TRZ arms and recently installed a set on a customers '66 Chevelle(same foundation as yours). They took 20lbs off the front end over the stock arms. They fit well except the lowers took just a little effort to put on but that could be due to flex that the frame has sustained over the past 40 years.. :)
