Dropping off an engine at Bill's shop was a huge mistake. I dropped off my 615 engine at his shop 6/07 for a quick go thru and rebuild. I was going to use it as a test motor to get the 2 stages of NOS dialed in before doing a full on set up. Bill said he could turn this around quick. He put together an est. and I gave it the ok and sent him money $4400.00. Well he used that money to pay off his other bills. Long story short I was able to pick up a half ass short block on May 10th of this year. He was able to buy those parts with his tax refund. So make sure you never go to this POS lying crook. oh yeah he still has the headstuds he forgot at the machine shop and pushrods he was waiting on from his supplier. And on his web site he is quick to delete any posts I put about his practices.

P.S. Bill I have all your sad ass emails saved to back this up. I can post them for you if you like.

takes all the fun out of racing when you get these shop that dont care about phucking there customers over. I just want to go race and have some fun. This is supposed to be relaxing. instead it turns to a full on project of trying to just recoup your money.

Im sure there is some kinda mix up here cause i been dealing with bill for about 8 years now with no problems...He is a great guy and always trying to help racers out.....He does take on too much work and that could get things mixed up a bit...but im sure u got your stuff back and fully refunded...

i know he had surgery and medical problems the last 2 years so that had to stop him from doing his normal things..

Then don't commit to a delivery date if your health issues are slowing you down. Problems or not, you reneged on a deal and a year later the guy is still waiting on parts. Make it right man!

this was all taken care of a couple months ago. Keith received everything that was paid for and got everything back. I even gave him a roll around engine cradle for free(not much but something).

this is now a dead issue. Bill sent me the money for the missing parts. i hope something can be learned from all of this.
