Aside looking for a specific rpm, whats the best way to shift the power curve up slightly without killing the cam design/dynamics?
Rocker Ratio? Provided head flow is available and valvetrain suitable.
Cam centerline?
Lash???
What is the best approach?
What effect will added head air flow/cross section have on rpm?

Rick all of the items listed will affect the cam design dramatically. More airflow or a larger avg cross section will raise the power band. A shorter intake runner or shorter header primary will raise the power as well.
An engine is a package. Thinking that you can change 1 item in the package and remain ok isn't always the case.
