Its kinda funny how ppl that are 1st at name calling dont even care about the other side of the story., 8months ago I bought a inputshaft from him and sent a money order in the mail with return to sender card, i got the card back in the mail cant read the name who sign for it..so with that being said, he wants me to send more money becouse he never got it, well someone has that money, and its not me. so on my side iam looking for the carbon of the check and that green card that the post office sends back to you, couse its in all the paper work for last years taxes..so what i gather he want me to pay for it again and if i have proof that i sent in and someone signed for it, I did my end of the deal and not going to pay a 2nd time,..you can only do so much and i tryed to pay with a credit card when i orederd but her rather me mail it....

USPS isn't going to give refund to any one immediately until they track the money order # and see the signature on money order. That takes time. [been there done that.]


On other hand, there should be driver license# on money order for identification purpose.
My local USPS won't give me cash until I show them my driver license.

Mightymouse , I have called you several times to try and resolve this issue and when communication stops (on your part) you left me no alternative. You knew up front that I don't take credit cards and we agreed that you would pay with another method (cashiers check , bank draft etc.). I received nothing from you and would not be posting this for extra cash, thats not my style.

Figure out the problem and lets get this sorted out. Remember , communication would have prevented all of this.

You could ask your bank for that specific money order and check the signature on back of money order.
If Hutch or someone did sign that money order then it might be out of your hands.
Make photo copies of money order [front & back] and mail to Hutch.

Believe me, it is pain in the ass but at least you can clear your name.

I sold a complete 2 x 4 ron's toilet set up to a guy in New York about 5 years ago. I made the mistake of not putting the pump in the box when I mailed it, so I had to go back to the UPS store the following day and send it to the guy. I tried to call him to let him know but I didn't get an answer, so I as a couple days go buy he calls me up and starts talking harshly to me, I told him hold on man the pump is right behind it. So after a few minutes of discussion (which I completely understood his point of view) we hung up. I finally got a hold of the guy a few days later at his business (he owned) He told me in a few choice words what he thought, so finally when I got him to calm down I told him to please stand by the phone I'm going to have someone from Ron's injection call him to verify his address because I was going to pay for a brand new pump to be sent directly to him. So we did and he callled me back up a few days later with a HUGE appology. The pump had in fact came in, his wife had given it to their mechanic (her brother) and he had the car running and race ready when he took the new pump to him. Well "long story sort" not everyone is trying to stiff someone else, he sent the pump back and Ron's refunded my account. So I'd say he was an honest Joe as well...
Good luck dude getting your money. I will step out on a limb and say that guy is lieing thru his key board. Because if I had the copy/reciept for the money order I would scan it and post it for you and everyone else to see!!! END OF STORY

You said this was a money order? Maybe I'm wrong (and very possible) but how do you look up a money order at the bank? Also you said you had the return slip in hand. Did the bank steal it from you and now you have to recover it? :rolleyes:

Read what this guy post.
(1) He check online bank to determine the amount of $$ withdraw from his account not the actual money order.
(2)He has receipt of money order but that still don't prove anything. He could've kept the receipt and deposit $$$ to himself.


It is very possible that the money order got lost in mail.
It is also possible that mightymouse might've forgotten to send money order.

Bottom Line:::::Mightymouse has to get copy of actual money order[both sides] to prove it.

One more thing....

I really do think he actually sent something but it did not make it to the correct destination, but when communication failed (phone) I took that as a screw you or admittance to guilt on his part.
Anthony , just do some work to check, trace whatever you can do and hopefully we can sort this out.
