IM LOOKING FORWARD TO RACING AT ST THOMAS THIS YEAR,BUT I KNOW GRAND BEND IS A NICER TRACK,WASHROOMS,SHOWERS,AND THE BLEACHERS ARE FALLING APART.LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE TRACK DIDNT LOOK TO GOOD EATHER.IS ANYTHING GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS FOR 2006. THANKS.

I'm glade your giving me the opportunity to answer any question's you may have first there will be new washroom's on the spectator side accually they have always been there just not finished yet, we are looking into shower's now and the bleacher's have just been painted and new wood will be installed in the spring, the track is just fine there is talk of repaving the shut down area and the return road and it will be fully sprayed and prepped. Ask around allot of people have there best 60 footer's and 1/4 mile time's at St Thomas dragway. We also have portable lighting for the shut down area, return road and the pit's.

I can tell you this you will have no problem with the track at all we are doing everything we can to make sure of that. :-D

I've always enjoyed St. Thomas. My only beefs were the timing system and the return road. The timing system was repaired and when I was last there testing in oct. it was working 100% As for the return road, it sounds like Dave is spending some money to have it upgraded.

Sorry guys, we just hammered out the deal and didn't expect the track to post it so quickly. We wanted to do a proper announcement just prior to the car show. The details of the event are still being worked on but we're pleased to be going to St Thomas. The roots of street legal drag racing in Canada are at this historic track and now that the lawsuit with the neighbours has been settled, track owner Dave Mathers assures us he will be investing in facility upgrades immediately. Stay tuned for more info.

zekefan dont have the stones to come clean he's had many a chance and has not done it. I think he is either scared or no even old enough to drive and knows that some people have figured him out and hes backed into a corner and his only defence is to run his mouth

Well,

There are so many people who are trying so hard to figure out who Zekefan is and really its quite simple. Especially for those who have talked to him quite frequently. He hasn given himself upeven though so many times he uses the same tag lines on here or in "real life". I personally have my own opinions about how cowardly it is to hide behind a screen name without coming clean about who they are, when they can bash other people. This person is NEVER wrong to his own standards and his mouth writes checks his ass can't cash. He has been like this for years. They say you cant teach an old dog new tricks and maybe they're right. But JAIME they say if you cant run with the big dogs...dont come out of the garage.
