Micallef left hard, but the car moved towards the center line and he had to get out of it.
Gary Naughton - -0.193 9.07 @ 182
Naughton goes up in smoke almost directly after the crack of the throttle.
Roger Baker - 0.245 10.14 @ 87
Baker left the line hard, but then peddled the car several times and coasted through the finishline.
Joe Schroeder - 2.133 n/t @
James Houston - 0.167 7.89 @ 170
This is the first time Schroeder has brought the car out sporting the 526 Allen Johnson Hemi. He missed the first round of qualifying and on the hit of the trottle he goes up in tire shake, and then spun the driveshaft completely out of the car. Houston made a nice pass banging through the gears.
