I can't find any info in the rule books. Do they allow for a certain amount of modification? like holes for inercooler tubes?
The car will have a 25-5 cage and, I don't want any surprises when I go to certify.

The SFI spec is for the cage in drivers compartment only. Keep the firewall tight to the tubing and you will be fine.
