I would show support for any racer. I have been into drag racing ALL my life. That's 38 years now. I have worked at 5 local tracks and have just about seen it all! Actually right now I am the coordinator for the Chicago Wise Guys, or Mother Hen as they like to call me.

Brian is my friend, as are many other people here that don't see eye to eye. I have my own relationships with each and every one. I personally do not belittle anyone. We all start somewhere. I've had the car since 1994.

It now has a 540 BBC with a 14-71 standard helix blower (on meth)

The blower is 20% over and I run it so fat I cant even get a reading on any of the plugs... this means the motor should damn near last forever.

the chassis is 25.1e (Car weighs 2800 on the money)

The body is steel except the front clip and the trunk lid. The doors are still steel and they also have the factory glass in them.

I went with lexan front and rear windows to avoid shattering the factory glass...in case of severe tire shake. <- I have seen other cars do this and figured this was the safer option.

My trans is a turbo 400 and I dont use the T- brake...yet....but, it does have one.

Races were for 1000- I never posted that they were for free.

Most importantly, I was still on 93 octane all day Saturday-NO C16!

I respect anyone that spends countless money and time to go racing, whatever kind it is. We achieved alot this year with the car, especially knowledge in what works and what don"t!! I hope everyone is as fortunate.

Races were for 1000- I never posted that they were for free.

Most importantly, I was still on 93 octane all day Saturday-NO C16!

I respect anyone that spends countless money and time to go racing, whatever kind it is. We achieved alot this year with the car, especially knowledge in what works and what don"t!! I hope everyone is as fortunate.

Well, I have raced at Byron and US41 in the past....

However, I have been stuck in "shop jail" for 2 years and I have only had the car out for about 5-6 weeks since I finally got it back.

During that time...I have been doing everything I can to get it dialed in, chassis certed and my NHRA license....while running my sound company and running 2 different RSD events *plus* trying to be home for my wife and kids. Believe me when i say : I cant wait until next year so, I can get out to different places....but, ROME wasnt built in a day and I have SERIOUSLY done everything I can to do as MUCH as I can in a very limited amount of time.

We were there Friday night and ran at US41 then tried to get action on the street with the "heavy hitters" from Chicago. I ended up making a solo pass down a virgin road.
We were there Saturday and hadn't heard from anyone so we packed up our shit and left at lunch time.


Everyone on Chitownracing knew where we were. Half that board has my phone number now.
