Is a cert good for both sanctions, regardles of which one did it?

Yes the cert is good for both.If you have your NHRA liscence you will need to fax a copy of it to IHRA to race @ milan,if not you will have to take your lis. passes,,,,thats if the car will go faster than 9.90!!!!! :-D
