Rear Spring Selection

I need some recommendations for what spring rate to use. I have 68 Camaro with ladder bar/coil overs . The car weighs 3355 lbs w/driver and I'm currently using a 150 lb spring. The car seems to squat a lot in the rear on the launch and then front seems to be bouncing after the 1-2 shift ,needless to say the car 60ft's like a brick. Thanks in advance for any input.

what kind and how long are your shocks?

My shocks are QA1 double adjustables 11 5/8" compressed height and 17" extended height.
