I was a dealer for this company for a few years until now. I ordered a fuel cell thru them back in December and paid $265.00 up front like they required for it. Well after many phone call attempts that never got answered I finally ended up with a message saying that number was disconnected. I assumed they went out of business.
Come to find out they filed for bankruptcy and are reopening under the same name, by the same people with a new phone number. I found the number and have called twice looking to see if I would ever get my fuel cell. All I get told by the lady who answers the phone is she will forward the message to the manager(Reid) and have him call me. He never returns my calls and emails to them go unanswered.
I have a major problem with people/companies who take peoples money, squander it, lie to them about when their gonna get their product, go out of business, file for bankruptcy and then reopen under the same name, owners, etc only to probably do it all over again. Beware of this company, they build a quality product but I wouldn't pay them up front for anything.
