Intercooler ????

Hey Jim. Do you run an intercooler on the turbo car?

YES. It is under the dash.

Thanks Jim. If memory serves me correctly the Chevy II did not have one. I would have to assume this is due to the outlet temp on the compressor side of the turbo is greater then on the procharger?
Do you figure all turbo/blowthrough combos require an intercooler?

And also, would a Air/Air Precision turbo core that is rated to 1700 hp be a good choice if running a PT91.5?????

a2a won't be as efficient as a a2w...more pressure drop and probably won't get the air as cool either. I'd go with an a2w especially for a racecar.
