Many a forum have had big problems so for those of you that got what you ordered you prolly got something that was paid for by someone else and never refunded.

Warren you claim over and over your no crook, well big man..be a bigger man and start refunding all the money you been scamming folks on the other forums. You aint paid back one red nickel dude. You sold that IC then listed it on another forum..sold it twice did you?

If you were on crack one could say its the addiction but your just out to screw folks.

So those that had good dealings with him, breathe a sigh of relief that your not out 800 here and 900 there
cause theres a whole list on the other forums that are.

He never did get his springs or his money back


Watch out for Warren Moore from Katy, Texas. He goes by the names of Mercyful Fate, Budget Boys, Powerslave and others.

I sent Mr. Moore a MO on December 20 for a set of valvesprings and retainers. I should have known not to deal with him since he took a long time to answer my emails and he stated that he “wouldn’t ship COD, because UPS lost one of his packages” but I did. I still don’t have my springs or my money as of 3/16.

I sent Mr. Moore an email on January 7th asking where my springs were. Mr. Moore writes back saying” I just got back in town and checked all of my mail….. I am still waiting on my money…. Are you sure you sent the money out? I went through piles of mail from at least 2 weeks worth…nothing from you. Let me know what is going on here.

I checked and the MO was cashed on 12/29. I also noticed that Mr. Moore stated that he had been gone for two weeks, but during that two week period, posts were still made with his username, not that a person cant post on the road I wanted to see his response. His response was “ I never cashed anything…that roll bar (listed on the corral) is not mine”… my roommate is using my name and computer… I need to look into this.

I wrote back to Mr. Moore to check into the problem and that I didn’t want to get other authorities involved in this deal. Mr. Moore wrote back the same day (Jan 8) “ I think my roommate cashed it…. I know I did not.. I will get your parts or money to you either way. Take it easy.. just relax.. take care.

Another week went by without a response from Mr. Moore. January 15th I placed a shortened version of what had taken place on a ad that Mr. Moore had placed on the corral. His response to my post “ Okay… I told you before… I did not get your money order or my roommate did not cash it… since you took it upon yourself to bash me on the net for a measly $100.. you CAN GO F!!! YOURSELF YOU LITTLE !!!!ING QUEER.

I wrote back (1/15) and informed Mr. Moore that the last email from him stated that his roommate might have cashed it and that Mr. Moore had never clarified that point. I also told Mr. Moore that if the $100 bucks was so “measly” to him, why not send me the $100 back? I guess he has money to throw around. I also told Mr. Moore that I would be in the Houston area mid March to discuss the situation with him. He stated “ Im easy to find.. im 6 1 330 lbs and hate guys named Von.. what a goof.. I was going to send them… but after I heard what you did…. To hell with it.. post whatever you want moron… I will still sell stuff. Look me up when you get here… I am also not a punk kid either.. if you come here be prepared for hell…..”

About 6 hours later he writes back and says” Von, I just got the WHOLE story… seems I have a liar for a roommate. He did cash it weeks ago… leave me your name and address (which he already had) so I can ship these Comp springs to you. I am too old for this S!!!…. it is not worth it. Send that info..

I sent Mr. Moore back my address back to him and asked that he send me back the tracking numbers when the package shipped. I also instructed Mr. Moore to put both of my addresses on the package to insure delievery. I never received an answer.

January 28 I sent an email telling Mr. Moore that I never received the springs. Mr. Moore responded “ I sent those springs out a week or so ago via usps (How convenient, no tracking numbers)…. I know this because I sent them in the comp box and my receipt is in that box…. It’s a black and gray box…. Please tell me that you have them.. man I hope so…. Let m know…

Wrote Mr. Moore again on Feb 2nd and asked Mr. Moore to send my money back once more. His response was “ Like I said before.. I already sent them out over 2 weeks ago… I did my part…. Its out of my hands.

I haven’t heard from Mr. Moore since. I guess he thought I would forget about my “measly” 100 bucks he stole from me. Well, I haven and I wont. I visited Houston last week and attempted contact with Mr. Moore, but wasn’t able to do so. As he so eloquently stated, Im sure he will keep selling parts, but this “moron” is gonna make it harder for him to do so. Im posting this on every forum he does businss. Ive also filed a fraud complaint with the USPS and next stop is the Houston PD. By the way if anybody has his phone number I’d appreciate it if somebody would PM it to me.

I have just found out that Mr. Moore has also been banned from at least one message board and has registered under another name. Yes, he will respond to this post and say he is innocent. But, I still ask the question where are the tracking numbers for the springs? Still waiting.

Anyway yup and another board just recently.

if something happend once where maybe 2 partys got into it and he said F U im keeping the money. well shame shame but this crap has been going on for years with this guy where it seems hes just fabricating shit to get the sale with no intention of producing or puts item up, sells it but gets another higher offer and decides to sell to high bid then since he figures he got away with it once...screw it, he keeps the other guys money as well.
Some guys added it all up and it almost amounts to 3K in stolen money and once confronted its always the same sap story.

I don't post much on TB.com anymore. Too much pissing and moaning. It's good for finding deals on parts...that's about it.

I had an issue a few years back selling a motor and trans. It worked out fine in the end, but the problem over there is that there's SO MANY people that have been ripped off by a few deadbeats, that ANY question on the deal gets you e-lynched by a dozen assholes before you even have a chance to reply.

Granted, guys like Joe Cippola deserve whatever happens to them, I just hate it for fellas like Brian Weaver that get ripped apart over parts being a couple days late. It's stupid, so I stay away.

Red Armstrong told me once about ten years ago that with the Buick "crowd", you could give it away, ship it for free, pay to have it installed, and work perfectly...and people would still bitch.

Theres plenty of people that have had good dealings with you but there seems to be trail of empty wallets from others who have been takin for a ride.

Will it do any good to follow you on every board and post this stuff? maybe, maybe not.
One would hope you would take a long hard look and start making things right, this IC swindle was the final straw, this poor guy is out 400 bucks..thats after he got small bone thrown at him from paypal.
