Shock Question for guys that dont run trainin wheels

I am looking @ getting some shocks for the front of my car & was wondering if you guys do much tweeking on the compression adjusters much?

Im assuming that you control your wheelies by adjusting the extension & travel limiters?

the reason to ask is money of course. I bought a good set of Double adjustables for the rear & am planning on travel limiters for the front, but am wondering if Im gonna use the money as well on double adjustables for the front or if the singles will work out well enough.

this is for my Ladder bar, 66 Chevelle, with a BBC in it.

a good single will be fine.we have used doubles and singles on the same car,saw no real gain.
