I posted this in the general area with no reply, so I though I wouold try here. I read a post that said that Jim Powski was the drag radial guru, so here goes. I a'm runing E.T. Streets on the back of my car know and M/T bias front tires on 4" rims. I would like to run a new set of the M/T drag radial, but I have a concern about keeping the bias ply tires up front. Some say this is not safe. Anybody run this combo? If it is a saftey issue I will change the fronts to a radial, if not my fronts are like new and I would like to run them. The car is street driven and makes 1/4 mile passes.

Thank you

I have seen other people run bias on the front and radials on the back with no problems. There is no radial fronts that are made for racing or are speed rated.
