as long as you have a 7.50 cert tag that expires by or has already expired.

if you have never been certed before it won't cert to 7.50,sorry.

If it is 25.5 it will cert to 7.50
otherwise it will just be an 8.50 cert

billy bursted my bubble yesterday allso and told me new construction will only cert to 8.50 unless it is 25.5
