I AM THINKING ABOUT SWAPING TO A ALUMINUM BLOCK FOR MY BBC,
ANY PRO"S OR CONS AND HOW IS BRODIX ALUM. BBC BLOCKS. THANKS

they say you loose about 50 hp because the rings do not seal as good in a alum block,but than again,loosing weight and loseing weight on the front end on a heavy car may be worth it in the long run, just put a bigger nos pill to make the 50 hp up,if i could do it,i go alum too,whos block! i cant answer that 1,kb for blower motor for sure.

I have used Brodix blocks without problem in my two previous motors great quality

I have used Rodeck small blocks before my current engine has a Donovan block the small blocks were used in sprint cars always great quality
