TH400 1st Gear

How common is it to swap out the 2.48 for a 2.10, and how much difference will it make calming it down out of the gate?965 NA with 400 spray, 31W tire.

I have had a few customers switch over and they have stated that the car is somewhat calmer after the change over. Others have had worse traction problems, gone from some spin to tire smoke but after spending a fair buck worked a little harder to make the new combination work for them . I think if the effort was spent before the gear change, the results would have been similar. Its not a night and day difference.
