Hey guys,
I'm in the market for rear gears. I would like to know what kind I should stay away from and also which kinds are good?

4.56 is the ratio i'm after.

Thanks.

Another thing I would stay away from is running street gears in a race car,,wither its heavy or light, I'd use the pro gears myself.

Has anyone here seen a car lock up the rear end while making a pass? Well its not a pretty site.

Street gears are brittle and are made for high milage and durability for the street.

Pro gears are high in Nickel content and are made to flex the gear a little and will eliminate breakage to and extent, what I am saying is the pro gears are safer in my opinion. bet hey I am not saying here pro gears won't break, any thing will break.

I am just stating on safety issues here

OK, What if you run 70% Track and 30% Street?

Pro or Street Gears?
