convert a 4L60e to a 4L60

can this be done by changing the valve body. A friend is looking to put a carbed 350 in a 95 s10 blazer cpi 4x4 , and not trying to buy the the stand alone kit. We are playing with some ideas. Thanks in advance, Steve

This can not be done. There are only some simalarities between the 4L60(700R4) & the 4L60E all of which are internals

You would have to switch over to 700R4 or get the stand alone set up for what you have now.
