View Full Version : Chasis Repair?

Wondering what suggestions you guys might have on how I should repair this.

That's the only damage I have to the chasis from my not so good wheelie.Where the paint is missing it's bent and where the top bolt for the motor plate.On the motor plate bolt hole it's tweaked just enough so the bolt won't go in.

i bet if you found a really crafty frame guy he could pull that back(it doesn't look too bad)when i was a kid i detroit we used to use the light poles out in front of the house to hook the come along to. :)

Tks for the reply, I was hoping you would say that.That was my thoughts as well but I'm no chasis guy. I did talk with a friend of a friend who has a shop with a rack. He hasn't seen the damage but from what I told him he didn't think it would be too tough either.
I like the light pole idea,sounds like something I'd probably do.

I took my car to a friends shop and he pulled it out on is rack so that everything fits perfect again. Cost me $50. and a picture of the wheelie. :lol:
