Whats the differece between a brake and a pro brake? THANKS Gary

It's a little different on different transmissions but a standard brake is designed to be consistent and is intended for braket racing or 5/10ths tree use and uses in most cases a spring release transbrake valve.
A pro brake will have a faster release time and is more intended for 4/10ths tree racing. The transbrake valve is "fluid assisted" and most designs require the use of the transbrake to engage reverse.
Either way, I feel the best type for either type of racing is the pro brake as I have found better repeatability of transbrake reaction times in testing than the std types of brakes.
