Outlaw 10.5 69 nova. Is the crankshaft centerline determined as a result of ride height? I would think you would want the crankshaft centerline in line with the center of the pinion? Or is my thinking way off? And what would happen if the crankshaft centerline is low or higher than the pinion centerline? Dose this effect the car ablity to 60ft? Mark

crank shaft c/l is at ride ht. to ground.the more power you make(typically)the lower you want it.you want to point the tailshaft of the trans directly at(or slightly below)the pinion.
